Requesting Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To initiate this process, please send an email to support@nabomad.com with the following details:
- Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
- Body of the email: The email address linked to the Nabomad account you wish to delete.
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address once the deletion is complete.
6. Data We Delete and Retain
Upon your deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Personal Information: Your full name and email address.
- Location Data: Your saved address and precise location coordinates.
- User Content: Your profile photo, listings you've created, and all chat messages.
- Identifiers: Your unique User ID and push notification token.
Data We May Retain
For legal or safety reasons, and for analytical purposes, we may retain some information in an anonymized and aggregated form. This data cannot be linked back to you as an individual and helps us improve our service.

- Our service is not intended for users under 18
- We do not knowingly collect data from children

3. No Payments or Transactions
- Nabomad does not process payments or facilitate transactions.
- All agreements are made directly between users, outside of the app.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Nabomad is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of any food items.
- We are not liable for any disputes or issues arising from agreements made between users.
5. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Age Restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
